We ship out orders weekly on Mondays & Thursdays! Please allow our two-witch business some grace for order processing ;)
Packages are shipped via USPS priority, either by weight or flat rate, whichever we can get cheapest for your location & order size. To most lower 48 locations, USPS takes 1-3 days turn around once it hits the mail.
For international orders, USPS states their average turn around time as 6-10 business days. However, due to the pandemic (and customs for international orders), actual times may vary. *UPDATE 9/12/20: Occasionally, USPS has been over-quoting our international customers. If this happens, we will always refund you any shipping overages! If during checkout your quoted intl shipping rate is over $25 and/or is displayed as unavailable for your region, please email us your order & address instead. We will find the cheapest shipping option available to us, and email you a PayPal invoice for your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you received an incorrect item or you believe your order was damaged in transit, please reach out to us with photos and let us know what happened. We will do our best to sort it any errors on our part & help you get in touch with USPS for any transit mishaps.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Damaged cards can be replaced within 48 hours of your receipt of the package, unless an arrangement has been made through wholesale agreement.
